About Me
Experience You Can Trust. Care You Can Feel.
Throughout my 34-year career as a mental health therapist, I have helped people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds navigate relationship distress, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life changes. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and deeply relational. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel emotionally safe, deeply understood, and supported.
The Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) model has been a cornerstone of my work since 2015. I appreciate how EFT helps individuals and couples get to the root causes of distress rather than focus on strategies for coping. The model is grounded in attachment science, a well-established body of research that shows our need for secure emotional connection is a fundamental human drive across the lifespan.
My Approach
Compassionate. Collaborative. Grounded in Science.
My therapeutic style is warm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental. I tailor therapy to your needs and pace while offering clear guidance informed by attachment science, EFT, and decades of clinical experience.
In our work together, you can expect:
A safe, respectful, and supportive environment
Careful attention to emotions and attachment needs
Structured, evidence-based therapy
A focus on emotional safety, growth, and connection
Even long-standing patterns can change with the right support.
